Professional Experience

• I have had the opportunity to be exposed to the many facets of new home construction and real estate land development through my partnerships in Kennedy & Walsh Construction and Stroudwater Farms Associates.
• Established in 2001, Kennedy & Walsh Construction offered newly constructed quality homes with the modern conveniences of today and the character and distinction of yesterday.
• Stroudwater Farms Associates was responsible for the recently developed 29-lot “River’s Edge” subdivision located in the historic Stroudwater area of Portland.
• Through personal experience in investment properties, I have bought and sold multi-family properties and recently developed a 3-unit condominium project in Portland.
